7-Day Return & Refund

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing original packaging.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is marked as non-returnable.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
